All students entering sixth grade are required to have a TDAP booster before the start of school, with the exception of those whose birthday is after school starts. Please bring the updated form to Meet the Teacher on August 6, 2018 or on send with your student on the first day of school.
Per state law, students without a TDAP vaccination will not be allowed to attend class until the form is turned in.
We have a list of those students who received the vaccine at school during the 2017-2018 school year.
